Meet Our Principals

Alan is the Founder and Managing Director of Aspiron Consulting Group with 25+ years of experience in taxation matters. Alan holds a Master degree in Taxation, is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand (CA ANZ), Fellow of CPA Australia, Chartered Tax Adviser with The Tax Institute and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Having worked at global accounting firms PwC and EY for over 10 years, Alan established Aspiron Consulting Group in 2006, providing specialised tax advice to corporations, businesses and high net worth individuals.

Alan also holds the position of Senior Tax & Superannuation Trainer with CA ANZ, regularly presenting at training sessions to various accounting firms in Australia. For the past 20+ years, Alan has also been working at CA ANZ as a Facilitator and Examination Marker at their Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting program.

David, the Principal of David Wilson Business Services, has worked continuously in Chartered Accounting practices for more than 30 years, and before joining Aspiron Consulting Group as an independent associate, worked at Ernst & Young and WHK Horwath.

David specialises in providing accounting, taxation and consulting services including to retired partners of one of the four major accounting firms, publicly listed companies, multi-national corporations, medium sized enterprises and high net worth individuals.
